  71. Please note that in all cases, our own installation routines and utilities
  72. *MUST* be retained, along with the original distribution fileset. Do *NOT*
  73. install and evaluate the program, and then distribute the installed fileset!

  75. All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete 
  76. Paper Route Ledger shareware package to friends and co-workers as long as 
  77. no fee is charged.

  79. Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are Approved Vendor 
  80. Members of the Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without 
  81. prior permission, include the Paper Route Ledger package in their libraries 
  82. and distribute evaluation copies via mail order and direct sales for their 
  83. normal disk fees.

  85. Disk vendors, Rack vendors, and CD-ROM vendors who are not members of the ASP 
  86. *MUST* obtain written permission prior to distributing, and provide a copy of 
  87. their current catalog, rack outer package, or CD-ROM outer package.

  89. ATTN DISK VENDORS: If you need to create (2) 360k floppy diskettes for 
  90.    distribution, you *must* place the file PRL1.DAT on disk #2, and *all*
  91.    other files on disk #1. Failure to do so will result in a failure of
  92.    the installation process.

  94. All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the 
  95. Paper Route Ledger package for downloading by their customers unless 
  96. notified otherwise by us. Bulletin Board operators are allowed to convert 
  97. the Paper Route Ledger distribution archive file to other compression 
  98. formats, providing that the contents remain unchanged, and no files are 
  99. added, deleted, or otherwise modified in any way. All Bulletin Board 
  100. operators are required to remove any previous versions of this product from 
  101. their libraries.

  103. Non-profit user groups may include the Paper Route Ledger package in their 
  104. libraries and distribute evaluation copies for their normal disk fees 
  105. unless notified otherwise by us.
  106.  
  107. All others, including anyone interested in bundling the Paper Route Ledger 
  108. package with hardware or software sales, must obtain the permission and a 
  109. license before distributing. Third party, consultant, and VAR licenses and 
  110. multiple system site licenses are available. We can also arrange for a 
  111. customized version if you need it.
